Personal Shopper

Shopping online internationally can be hard. Customs restrictions and payment blocks can all be frustrating hoops to jump through. That’s why we offer our Personal Shopper service. Just tell us what you want to buy, deposit money in your GetMyPackage Logistics Network account, and we’ll take it from there! Shipping internationally is what we do after all, so let our experts take care of the hard part. You just sit back and enjoy shopping from your favourite stores and online retailers.

What Do You Want to Buy?
  • Go to your favourite online retailer and select your purchases.

  • Go through the checkout process as if you are purchasing them, enter your free U.S. shipping address, and this will give you the total cost of shipping and sales tax.
  • Write down a description of your items, how many you want, the product number, and that total cost.
  • Then click on Personal Shopper, and fill out a request form.
We Check to See the Items are Available

An agent will double check to make sure all your requested items are actually in stock. Then they will email you the total cost including our fees.

If there is enough money in your account to cover it, we’ll go ahead and make the purchase immediately. If not, we will notify you of the balance owed.

We Ship to You

Once your items come into our shipping facility, we will process them the same as regular items. We will check the contents are correct and enter them as packages on your account, where you can check the details are correct. Then you select your mail-out and carrier options.

At least half of your order must be available for us to complete the purchase. In that case, we will buy only what is available. If more than 50% of your order is out of stock, we will cancel the order and notify you by email.

How much does Personal Shopper cost?

  • Personal Shopper request is $8.50, plus additional purchase and shipping fees. This fee covers up to ten unique items. After ten, a new request will need to be filled out, and another fee assessed. But if you are purchasing multiples of the same item, it all falls under the same request. For instance, twelve different t-shirts would be two requests and two fees. But one hundred of the same t-shirt is just one request and one fee.
  • Shipping costs depend on the level of membership you have. You can pay for each individual package, or you can set up a Virtual Mailbox, which allows you to consolidate your items. Some retailers do send multiple packages, so we recommend a Virtual Mailbox for your cheapest shipping rates. t-shirts would be two requests and two fees.   • We will not bid on an item on eBay for you. We can only buy BUY IT NOW items on eBay (immediate purchase without bidding). be two requests and two fees. But one hundred of the same t-shirt is just one request and one fee.
  • There is a 4.3% fee to cover any PayPal & credit card fees. We also charge 8% commission on the purchase cost, which covers your Personal Shopper agent’s services.
  • If the product is out of stock or unavailable and the merchant cancels the order, you will not be charged fees.
  • There is no risk for you. If your items do not come in from the retailer, you will receive a refund.
